Project: e-newsletter gives way to lite registration Agency: Havas EHS
Alongside a content rebranding strategy, Simple wanted their e-newsletters reimagined as a way of increasing signups and MySimple registrations. After analysing the current user journey I found that the lack of registrations was also possibly linked to the existing sign up process.
I redesigned the newsletter giving suggestions for content type and placement. But also, presented an enhanced sign up user flow through lite registration which didn’t require users to fill in a long page form for a newsletter.
For UK and US markets: I created a user journey to demonstrate
a desired newsletter signup process
Analysis of the present flow identified hindrances to the sign up process and I was able to design quick remedies to enhance and enable lite registration
